Synexis Premium · Fast track to decision-makers in venture capital

Your relationship with curated investors begins in this room.

Synexis Premium is built for founders raising early rounds in the US. We prepare and vet selected startups, then bring them into a curated room of relevant, vetted investors, only decision-makers, in Silicon Valley – so the conversations are relevant, not random.

The fast track

It's not just the pitch. It's the room.

The volume game

Most founder-investor events run on volume. You buy a ticket, walk into a hall of hundreds, and work the room without knowing who's in front of you. Most conversations feel promising. You leave with a stack of contacts, and then most of the threads quietly die in your inbox. You never find out the investors were the wrong thesis, sector, or stage. Again and again. Cold outreach is the same. And the people you do meet almost never sign: you spend the evening with analysts, associates and scouts – the gatekeepers, not the decision-makers. Climbing from there to the partner who actually writes the check takes months, if it happens at all.

The Synexis room

We built the program the other way around. Before anyone sits at the table, each startup is reviewed and vetted by a Silicon Valley partner fund. And every investor in the room is checked on five things: industry, stage, thesis, real current activity in your category, and decision authority. Both sides walk in knowing exactly why they're there. Every investor we invite is a decision-maker – a GP, managing partner, principal, or a family-office CIO. No analysts, no associates, no scouts. One evening, and you skip the entire funnel.

We don't sell access.
We assemble the room.

How it works

Four steps to the right room.

Most programs polish your deck. We prep you for the questions and due diligence that actually kill the conversation – then put you in front of vetted investors who deploy in your space.

1

Readiness & Pitch Review

We work with you from the start to sharpen your pitch, narrative and the essentials, and complete a prioritized gap analysis for due diligence – so a missing answer never costs you the deal.

2

Partner-VC Vetting

You're vetted by one of our Silicon Valley partner VC funds. That vetting is exactly what the investors require to walk in.

3

Investor Matching

We select potentially relevant investors from our own network on five parameters – industry, stage, thesis, real activity in your category, and decision authority – and invite them to the dinner.

4

The Evening

A great Silicon Valley venue, good food and service. But what matters most: people who came to actually hear your pitch and know you and your startup. 5 vetted startups, 10-15 decision-makers who deploy in your space – GPs, managing partners, principals, family-office CIOs.

What founders say

Real rooms. Real follow-ups.

We presented in a private room full of VCs, family offices, and ecosystem leaders that would have been very difficult to access on our own. What stood out was the quality of the room: focused conversations, direct feedback, and relevant follow-ups, not just another conference pitch.

The biggest value wasn't the pitch slot. It was building real relationships in a focused, private setting where investors had time to engage, ask questions, and understand the company deeply. Several conversations from the event are still continuing.

We're not an accelerator or an investment bank. We're founders who know US fundraising firsthand.

We went the whole way ourselves – from believing in an idea to $1M in direct US investment, after 12 years co-running a full-cycle strategy agency advising 100+ companies. We built this to make fundraising easier for founders, and to finally stop losing so much time to the raise. But we value the room just as much: a deal can be set up by an algorithm, but it closes in person.

It's never too early

The best time to start is now.

If you're planning to raise in the next 6–12 months, the best time to start is now: the earlier you start talking to the right investors, the easier it is to show progress over time. Not sure you're ready? You can start with a standalone readiness review and gap analysis, and decide from there.

Start with a readiness review
FAQ

Good questions, straight answers.

Who exactly is in the room?
Mostly decision-makers – GPs, managing partners and principals in funds, CIOs and partners in family offices, and angels investing their own capital. With rare exceptions at very large organizations, there are no analysts, associates or venture scouts in the room. Incoming investor interest almost always lands at analyst level, and climbing from there to the person who signs takes months – that's the funnel this room skips.
Do you guarantee investment, or a success rate?
No one credible guarantees funding, and we don't promise introductions. What we do assemble is a curated room of relevant, vetted investors – and materials investors take seriously. The conversation is then yours.
Can I talk to founders you've worked with?
Yes – references are available on request, and you'll see our event track record and testimonials.
Do I really need the readiness review?
It's the starting point and the bar to enter the room. If you're already investor-ready, we do a quick fit review and go straight to placement.
How much does it cost?
It's a paid curated program. Selected teams get a clear proposal after the fit call, based on what your case needs.
Is this an accelerator or an investment bank?
Neither – a curated readiness-and-access program. Fixed fee, no success fee.
What do you NOT do?
Legal, visa, or immigration; product or engineering; accounting or tax; and fundraising as a service. We prepare you and assemble the room; investors talk to you directly.
